    Patrick joined Meridian Capital as a Vice President in 2011. At Meridian, Patrick works across a variety of industries providing financial analysis, valuation guidance, due diligence and transaction management. Before joining Meridian, Patrick worked as an associate for The Brattle Group in Cambridge, MA where he focused on valuation, corporate finance and tax strategy. He provided financial and economic consulting services to leading financial institutions, pharmaceutical companies and government agencies. Patrick also has experience working in M&A for the global advisory group of HSBC in London, UK.

    Patrick received his MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and graduated from the University of Washington with a BS in Economics and a BA in Classical Studies.

    Phil brings over 30 years of executive experience in technology companies in the areas of development, product management, general management and at the board level. In addition, as president of 7 companies to date, plus his consulting experience, he has indepth knowledge of the internet, software and telecommunications markets, along with extensive experience in manufacturing and manufacturing processes.

    His early career was in telecommunications with AT&T and Nortel in various US locations. He moved to Seattle when recruited to join Aldus as COO where he doubled revenues in 3 years and the company was subsequently acquired by Adobe. As a management consultant since 1993, he has worked with companies to lead them to profitability, broaden distribution, and significantly increase revenues. He has also participated in a series of company sales, mergers and acquisitions.

    Phil holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Gonzaga University, an MBA from the University of Oregon with post-graduate work in Organization Design from UCLA.
