Chuck Wilke, a founding principal, has more than 20 years experience in CEO-level operating positions. Prior to founding Meridian Capital in 1995, he was president and CEO of the Raleigh USA Bicycle Company where he was responsible for the major restructuring of the business.
Previously, Chuck was president and CEO of Gerry Baby Products Company. Under his direction the company expanded annual sales from $1 million to $100 million. During his tenure he led a management buyout of the company, four acquisitions, and the eventual sale of Gerry Baby Products to Huffy Corporation. He is currently a member of the boards of Pacific Market International, Brock International, Balfour Senior Living and a trustee of the University of Redlands.
Chuck is a graduate of the University of Redlands and has an MBA degree from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University.

Brian Murphy is a Managing Director at Meridian Capital and leads the firm’s niche manufacturing / aerospace and defense group. Joining Meridian in 2006, Brian manages the firm’s transaction execution activities. He has nearly 10 years of M&A, finance, and strategic consulting experience, working with clients across a variety of industries throughout his career. In particular, he has a strong transaction background in the niche manufacturing, aerospace, and branded consumer products industries. Prior to Meridian, Brian was a management consultant with Accenture Consulting in Washington, DC and New York. At Accenture, he worked with multiple Fortune 100 companies on issues related to revenue assurance, sales and process enhancement, and system integration.
Brian is a graduate of the University of Redlands, where he earned a double major in financial economics and accounting in addition to a minor in mathematics. He currently serves as President-elect of the University’s Alumni Board of Directors as well as a member of the Board of Trustees.

Geoff Haydon is a Director at Meridian Capital. With more than 10 years of investment banking experience, Geoff has advised on more than $1 billion of transactions, with a focus on privately held consumer products and services companies. Prior to Meridian, Geoff was with Moss Adams Capital, a boutique investment banking firm, in its Seattle and southern California offices. Prior to Moss Adams Capital, Geoff was in the M&A group at JP Morgan in New York. Geoff is currently an advisor for Green Grass Foods, owner of non-dairy creamer brand Nutpods, and Flogg Inc., a women’s footwear company. Geoff holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Washington & Lee University.
