Chuck Wilke, a founding principal, has more than 20 years experience in CEO-level operating positions. Prior to founding Meridian Capital in 1995, he was president and CEO of the Raleigh USA Bicycle Company where he was responsible for the major restructuring of the business.
Previously, Chuck was president and CEO of Gerry Baby Products Company. Under his direction the company expanded annual sales from $1 million to $100 million. During his tenure he led a management buyout of the company, four acquisitions, and the eventual sale of Gerry Baby Products to Huffy Corporation. He is currently a member of the boards of Pacific Market International, Axis Crane, Brock International, Balfour Senior Housing and Brenthaven.
Chuck is a graduate of the University of Redlands and has an MBA degree from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University.
