Dick is a Senior Advisor to Meridian Capital and a Principal of Meridian Real Estate Group, LLC. Dick has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. At Meridian Real Estate Group, Dick has successfully developed both commercial and residential properties. He is responsible for sourcing debt and equity for numerous developer and investor clients and providing investment services to private financial advisors. His experience with various product types includes commercial, residential, hospitality and resort properties.
He is currently a board member of Sierra Communities, a Florida-based property owner. In addition, he has lectured at the School of Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of Washington and participates in local charitable organizations.
