    Diego Augsburger is a founding partner of Global M&A Argentina, also trading locally as Columbus Merchant Banking. Prior to this, Mr. Augsburger was a Senior Vice President of Citibank/Citigroup where he was responsible for debt structuring and syndication. After the Argentine crisis of 2002, Mr. Augsburger was responsible for the restructuring of private sector debt, and prior to this assignment he was Head of Fixed Income. Mr. Augsburger was also a key member of the project team that instrumented the merging of the corporate finance units of Citicorp and Salomon Smith Barney after the Citicorp-Travelers merge in 1998.
