    Antonio Baptista founded Global M&A Brazil - Porto Alegre under the name Amati Negócios Internacionais in 1994. Prior to that, he was Vice President of one of the leading Brazilian leather and shoe groups for 18 years. He was also a corporate finance and strategic planning consultant for seven years. Antonio has experience in acquisitions, IPO and corporate finance.
