Solveigh Greater China was incorporated by Solveigh Corporate Development, Global M&A's Netherlands office, together with a team of seasoned Chinese professionals with extensive experience in transaction and investment management, international business development and advisory services for companies with an interest to enter into China. Solveigh has an office in Beijing and in Rotterdam with representation in Hong Kong.

    Ernst Jan Kruis is Managing Partner and founder of Global M&A's Netherlands office, Solveigh, in 1998. He has over 24 years experience in corporate and investment banking, venture capital and M&A with Parcom Ventures, ING Investment Bank, ING Bank and ABN AMRO. He incorporated Solveigh Greater China in 2004. He has a background in marketing and finance and has managed over 100 M&A transactions over the last years. He focuses on larger and cross border transactions.
