Global M&A’s office in Tallinn was founded in 2003. Our team of advisors has more than 12 years of investment banking experience and benefits from one of the longest track record amongst independent M&A teams in Estonia. The company provides specialist advice in mergers and acquisitions, project financing and capital raising, management buy-outs, leveraged buy-outs and commercial property deals.

Prior to establishing Global M&A Estonia, Johann Sulling was head of Danske Bank’s Corporate Finance team. Prior to Danske Bank, Johann held different positions (including fund manager, member of investment committee, managing director) at Danske Asset Management. Johann has 15 years of experience in finance and asset management, of which 7 years is in corporate finance advisory.
