Established in 1992 with a view to helping clients benefit from the economic liberalisation programme taking place in India, Global M&A India is headquartered in Mumbai, the financial and commercial capital of India, with a regional office in Ahmedabad and a British Isles-headquartered office that provides a range of financial and real estate services in Europe, Asia and Africa.

We offer our clients research-based, customised, innovative and implementable solutions for M&A, syndication and capital markets and have formed a consortium called ARMEDAS which offers resolutions for weak and non-performing assets of lending institutions on the one hand, and identifies investment opportunities in distressed assets on the other.
