Global M&A Latvia also trades locally under the name Prudentia. Company was founded in 1999 and our advisers have provided corporate finance solutions for more than 90 different transactions with a total aggregate value of more than 950 million EUR.

    Mr. Toms Dzenis joined Global M&A Latvia in 2006 where he holds an Associate position. Previously, he carried out prize winning research for Lateko Bank (now known as Norvik Bank) (2006), as well worked in leading Latvian advertising company Domino MCG (2005). At Global M&A Latvia, Mr. Dzenis is responsible for Corporate Finance Advisory and M&A transactions. The specialization of Mr. Dzenis includes expertise in IT industry. In addition, Mr. Dzenis has gained experience in executing various projects across industries including textile, food and beverages, wholesale and manufacturing, IT and aviation.

    B.Sc. degree in Economics and Business Administration, Stockholm School of Economics in Riga; candidate for Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certificate
