Poland

Global M&A's Poland office was founded in Warsaw in 2002. It has played a major role in a number of high-impact projects for leading domestic and international institutions.

Our highly qualified team of senior professionals has diverse backgrounds in blue chip investment banks, funds and corporate financial advisory firms. The team has both domestic and international experience (PwC Corporate Finance, WestLB, Innova Capital and Roland Berger). We concentrate on providing superior assistance in the areas of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, domestic and regional M&A strategies, corporate finance and financing. We work on buy-side and sell-side engagements. We are often involved in complex situations where, in addition to pure M&A advisory, we advise on issues related to fund raising (private and public equity and leverage), restructuring and strategic change. We focus on Poland and other countries of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). As a result of being part of Global M&A, we are capable of finding strategic and financial investors locally as well as in any major market of the globe where Global M&A has local offices.

From the sector perspective, we are generalists. Nevertheless, through our engagements we have gathered significant experience in technology, media & telecoms (TMT), energy, financial services, business services industries as well as selected consumer product segments.

Clients include: Bank of America, SAP, Daimler, WM Data, Asseco, PEKAO-Unicredit, PKN ORLEN, KGHM, PGE, TPSA and PKP.
