    Vlad Ostapenko joined Global M&A Ukrane in 2000 as a financial analyst in the Corporate Finance department. He has chaired the Investment Banking Division of the team since 2003. He has over seven years experience in M&A, of which four years have been in top management positions. He has implemented projects related to raising capital and M&A for Ukrainian business groups and large international companies.
