Our Global M&A United States West office was founded in 1995 and focuses exclusively on advising middle-market business owners on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and recapitalizations. Our advisors have an established track record of serving corporate clients in the U.S. with $15 million to $200 million in annual revenue.

All of the office’s advisors have both corporate and investment banking experience, and many have served in chief executive capacities in mid-sized operating entities.
