Manufacturing & Distribution

Manufacturing & distribution businesses that optimized operations during the difficult economic environment are now well-positioned to capitalize on strategic options that are once again available, whether seeking growth capital, pursuing organic expansion initiatives, recapitalizing the business, or considering an M&A transaction. Recent GDP and capital investment data indicate manufacturing & distribution opportunities are improving.

Meridian has served a variety of clients in the manufacturing & distribution sector and many of our professionals have significant operational experience in the industry. As the economy continues to recover, traditional manufacturing & distribution businesses will experience positive dynamics, leading to strong M&A interest. In particular, Meridian is seeing substantial interest in manufacturers with proprietary design or development capabilities and distributors with value-add service offerings. With both operational and transaction experience in the sector, Meridian has the resources and capabilities required to help you reach your desired transaction outcome.
