Randall Miles is a Managing Director at Meridian Capital and has over 25 years of investment banking and CEO operating experience. His investment banking background includes M&A, corporate finance and structured finance expertise developed while holding senior leadership positions at bulge bracket and regional firms such as First Boston, Greenwich Capital Markets, D.A Davidson & Co. and SCM Capital Group. Randall has served as CEO of public and private firms that have included Syngence Corporation, an eDiscovery software company at which he directed its restructuring, LionMTS, a publicly traded financial technology firm where he directed a strategic expansion strategy that included several acquisitions and NAFCO Holdings, a diversified financial services company that grew rapidly both organically and through acquisition. Randall has extensive public, private and non-profit board experience that currently includes Kuity, Inc., Commercial Online Network and others. Randall holds a degree in business from the University of Washington.
